Uttam Kumar Prasad has over 40 years of experience in the rubber industry, specializing in product development, process optimization, and material innovation. He began his career in 1983 and has worked with leading organizations such as Nicco Corporation, Dunlop, and Gates Rubber India, where he led technical operations for hydraulic and industrial hoses for 24 years. Currently, he heads India Technical Operations at JK Fenner, part of the JK Organization, where he has been contributing for the past six years. An accomplished professional, UK Prasad holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry (Hons.) and a diploma in Rubber & Plastics Technology from Calcutta University, along with an MBA in Operations Research from IISWBM, Kolkata. His vast expertise and leadership have significantly advanced the rubber and hydraulics industry.
